Garifunarobics is your Garifuna style workout where international aerobics instructor, Arnol Guity-Martinez uses Garifuna music to teach aerobics as well as health and wellness. Each session is an hour and a half. Apart from Punta Gorda Town, the tour will include visits to Belize City, Seine Bight, San Pedro, Belmopan, San Ignacio, Dangriga, Hopkins.
