2025 Battle of the Drums Food & Fete

The 2025 Battle of the Drums Food & Fete is a formal evening that celebrates Garifuna taste, music, and achievement. Guests take their seats for a three-course dinner—appetizer, main course, and dessert—while live Garifuna music sets the mood. Midway through the program, we present the Achievement Awards to honor leaders and partners who strengthen culture. Finally, we invite everyone to close the night with music and dance. There are no vendors at this event.

What to Expect

First, our hosts welcome you and guide you to your table.
Then the kitchen serves the appetizer as musicians open the program.
Next, the main course arrives between featured sets. You’ll hear classic rhythms and contemporary arrangements performed with polish.
After that, we present the Achievement Awards. Short tributes highlight service, creativity, and community leadership.
Meanwhile, our team keeps the flow smooth—clear cues, attentive service, and an easy pace.
Finally, dessert arrives and the band leads a celebratory finale. Guests join the floor for Garifuna music and dance.
