It showcases Garifuna cuisine fused with contemporary cooking styles\, dishes\, and menus prepared by executive chefs from luxury resorts located in Southern Belize and local cooks. It also features local and national Garifuna musical performers performing great Paranda music. Additionally\, this event features the following: \n(a) Awards to various Garifuna individuals\n(b) Garifuna fashion show\n(c) Silent auction of prized Garifuna art and items.
